Erik practices mostly in commercial law, corporate law, real estate, and personal injury claims.

Erik offers a widely recognized legal expertise to his commercial and corporate client base,  and has also established a substantial practice in tax planning for professionals that speaks highly of our law firm’s dynamism and its reputation of efficiency. His appointment as Inspector for the Real Estate Standard Practice Committee of the Law Society of New Brunswick in 2001 acknowledges Erik’s professional abilities in land transactions.

Mr. Erik Roy has spoken on different topics at various sessions of the Bar Admission Courses in New Brunswick.
